Deen and Mike went on behalf of their clients and dealers. They promoted syntros Ltd’s software and business solutions including t-point, a web-based software which enables dealers to directly connect with third party providers. They were delighted with the very positive reaction that they received from the content providers and they negotiated great deals which will increase revenue for all their dealers.
Deen and Mike had a meeting with Dangaard Telecom, the largest mobile phone distributors in Europe. Dangaard Telecom has 4,000 retail stores in 16 countries across Europe. Following their meeting syntros Ltd is looking at the possibility of providing software for their European operation.

syntros launches t-point, an automatic connection to service providers for mobile phone dealers

syntros Ltd, providers of specialist software and business solutions for the mobile phone industry, are proud to announce the launch of t-point, a new and revolutionary web-based software. It enables dealers to directly connect with third party providers and automatically connect to their insurance portals, networks, manufacturers, service providers and content suppliers without entry duplication. |
t-point is unique because it solves the most common problem experienced by many dealers. At present dealers have to enter the same customer contact information multiple times, once in the transaction system, the insurance or network website. Multiple entries wastes administrative time and often involve discrepancies. It causes misunderstandings with the insurance provider, the salesperson and the customer.
t-point captures the information at the time of entry and distributes it to the insurance and network server automatically. syntros Ltd is working in partnership with WCS, who is the recommended insurance provider. Dealers are able to close all their sales at one point, thus saving time and money.
Dealers do not need to come out from salestar™ connect to go through the credit check in Sprint Three’s website; everything is done at a click of a button. Customer service is enhanced and the sales process is fast and efficient.
